ADA Interagency Taskforce

In order to share and coordinate information about disability access issues among key state departments, the Americans with Disability Act Interagency Taskforce was created in October of 2000. Its charge was to make recommendations on the allocation of one-time funds to increase architectural accessibility at state owned buildings and to develop a plan to identify any unmet access needs and recommend methods for meeting such needs.

Directors from the departments of Rehabilitation, General Services, State Architect, Fair Employment and Housing and the State Personnel Board make up the Task Force.

In addition to this website, The ADA TF has developed a series of Bulletins addressing a variety of access issues, particularly for State Govement. Below is a list of the bulletins by topic:
